About the service

The Cranbourne CCT/MST and the Pakenham CCT provides an effective and comprehensive service within the Monash Adult Mental Health Program.

Working within a multi-disciplinary team we provide treatment and support to individuals experiencing complex mental health problems.  We strive to deliver high quality recovery-focused client care.  Our aim is to promote self-efficacy and independence, and social inclusion with all the individuals we support.

About the Role

A diversity of experiences await you in joining us and you will find your education and development is supported to enable you to be at your best as you work through your responsibilities. Drawing on your knowledge in mental health legislation and policy, as well as your Mental Health experience and skills, you will undertake a clinical caseload and partake in daily team functions including duty, mental state and risk assessment and crisis management. Your contact with clients will be at our sites, as well as in their own accommodation.

Pakenham CCT hours  - Monday - Friday 0830-1700

Cranbourne CCT/MST hours -  Rotating roster Monday to Sunday 0830-1700

Additionally you will possess:

  • Registered Nurse or OT with AHPRA registration or SW with eligibility for AASW registration
  • Adult Community Case Management experience an advantage
  • Driving Licence

Selection Criteria Registered Nurse or Occupational therapist with AHPRA registration

Social Worker holding AASW credentialing or meet eligibility.

Registered Nurse with Mental Health post Graduate qualification and Mental Health Graduate year completed. SW and OT, please write N/A

Acute and Community Mental Health Experience
