About Monash Health Bureau

Monash Health Bureau (MHB) is an efficient workforce unit that allocates over 450 shifts per day across Monash Medical Centre, Dandenong Hospital, Casey Hospital, Moorabbin Hospital and Kingston Centre.  We deliver experienced EA's, PA's and administrative support to meet the demands of our 5 major hospital sites and the community.

MHB will work with you and support you in designing a roster to suit your ever changing lifestyle.  We are available 7 days a week working extended business hours.

About You

You have a broad administrative background with highly developed organisational skills, a high attention to detail and strong communication skills. Through your hard working and enthusiastic nature you have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and targets and can manage a high workload.  You have the flexibility to be available at short notice and can also commit to short term blocks of work to backfill full time and part time administration roles.

What you need to have

  • Advanced computer skills
  • Diary Management Experience
  • High level communication skills
  • Current Working with Children’s Check
  • Relevant working visa
  • Previous Administrative experience – advantage
  • Medical Terminology – advantage
